EMS Certification Courses
Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Training
Start here. Save lives.
This foundational course prepares you to respond to 911 calls, assess patient needs, provide basic emergency care, and transport patients safely. You’ll learn CPR, trauma response, airway management, and the core skills to become nationally certified.
Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT)
Step into advanced prehospital care
For certified EMTs ready to grow, AEMT adds higher-level skills like IV therapy, advanced airway techniques, and medication administration. It bridges the gap between EMT and Paramedic.
Must be a certified EMT prior to enrollment.
CPR and First Aid
American Heart Friends & Family CPR (cpr training)
CPR skills for everyday heroes
This non-certification course teaches adults, children, and families how to perform hands-only CPR, recognize emergencies, and respond confidently at home, church, or school.
Open to all – no medical background required.
American Heart Healthcare Provider CPR (cpr training)
CPR for professionals
This is the required certification course for EMTs, nurses, and healthcare workers. It includes adult/child/infant CPR, two-rescuer techniques, AED use, and choking relief.
Recommended for current or aspiring healthcare workers.
American Heart First Aid Training (first-aid training)
Be ready in a crisis
Covers how to recognize and manage sudden illnesses and injuries like bleeding, burns, allergic reactions, and environmental emergencies. Great for workplaces, schools, or churches.
Open to all. No prior certification needed.
Advanced Life Support
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Life-saving care for critical patients.
For healthcare providers handling cardiac emergencies. Learn how to manage stroke, cardiac arrest, and arrhythmias using advanced algorithms, medication protocols, and team-based response.
Must hold a current Healthcare Provider CPR certification.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
Life-saving care for critical patients.
Teaches how to assess and manage critically ill infants and children, including respiratory failure, shock, and cardiac arrest. Required for pediatric care providers.
Must hold a current Healthcare Provider CPR certification.
